Returns Policy

In order for Temperzone to provide good customer service for returned goods and any associated credits it is essential we obtain all the relevant information from you the customer.

 

Returns

Finished Goods Returns must made within 14 days and Spares Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of sale.
All goods must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) form:
1. Contact your Temperzone Account Manager or Customer Services to discuss
    your return before sending the item back.
2. Temperzone will send you a copy of the RMA form.
3. Return the goods with the RMA form.


Items wrongly ordered, or no longer required

Temperzone reserves the right to charge a restocking fee:
• for Finished Goods, normally, 10% of the invoice value,
• for Spare Parts, normally, 20% of the invoice value.
 All goods must be returned in resaleable condition.


Items wrongly supplied

Temperzone reserves the right to decline a full credit if no written, faxed or emailed order was received from the customer clearly defining the item ordered.
