Returns Policy

In order for Temperzone to provide good customer service for returned goods and any associated credits it is essential we obtain all the relevant information from you the customer.


All Returns

Returns must made within 30 days and must be accompanied by a Return Material Aurthorisation (RMA) form:

1. Contact your Temperzone Account Manager or Customer Services to discus your return before sending the item back.

2. Temperzone will send you a copy of the RMA form.

3. Return the goods with the RMA form.


Items Wrongly Ordered, or No Longer Required

Temperzone reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, normally 10% of the invoice value, with a minimum charge of $10.00 for items less than $100.00 value. Goods must be returned in resaleable condition.


Items Wrongly Supplied

Temperzone reserves the right to decline a full credit if no written, faxed or emailed order was recieved from the customer clearly defining the item ordered.


Items Returned For Chargeable Repair

Items for repair must be accompanied by an instruction as to what work is requested to be carried out and should be accompanied by a purchase order.
